30 weeks and counting...

Okay so here is the shot of me at 30 weeks, looking very small next to my friend Patty who is 36 (or 37) weeks along and expecting twins both of which are already over 7 lbs as of her last ultrasound.

All in all the pregnancy is going well. I don't remember feeling this tired, sick, or sore with Devon but I also didn't have a Devon to chase the last time so who knows. I am quite honestly ready to be done with the pregnancy and finally meet this little girl.

No name as of yet but we do have some top contenders they are: Abigail (Abby), Teala, Madison or Madeline (Maddy). We won't decide until after she is born. Devon likes Miss Abigail or Teala the best so far (depending on which day you ask him).

Devon also likes baby sisters purple and green bedding and her soon to be new green walls, enough that he thinks they should be his (and so begins the sibling rivalry). He is very excited about baby sister and likes to come talk to her, poke her, and ask if she is bigger yet and ready to come out and play. In 10 weeks I'm sure he'll be ready to send her back but we'll see.

Dad is trying to finish up projects around the house so 10 weeks will fly by for him. Mom has lots to do but just wants the 10 weeks to be over. I know once she is here time will fly and I'll soon be wondering what happened to my baby girl and when did she grow up on me but so far I really am just tired of being pummeled from the inside out. Such is life!
